This tea is hand crafted by an old- school tea making practices. The oolong tea leaves is 20%~ 30% oxidized, and then roasted to roast level 5, which is a heavy roasting degree. First graded pine logs are used as charcoal material when roasting tea leaves. A great mellow charcoal scents and warm finishes are built in tea liquid. Distinctive with stereo feeling and richness of Taiwanese tea.
